介绍了基于风险的过程安全管理的理论及管理策略,结合石油化工企业的生产风险及事故特点,分析了石油化工企业基于风险的过程安全管理措施,以保证过程安全管理系统地有效实施,从而提高石油化工企业的安全风险管控水平。
