X射线荧光光谱法快速测定铜矿石中的造岩元素的应用

摘要 铜矿石种类繁多,矿石赋存状态也各有不同,其成分相当复杂。大部分的铜矿石X射线荧光光谱(XRF)分析方法中,对于标准样品物质的选取个数和矿石种类少、分析范围大,与实际样品类型差异较大,且制备的标准样品圆片质量不高。新一代X射线荧光光谱仪的出现以其方便、快捷以及多元素多通道的能够快速有效的检测铜矿石中存在各种物质,其在铜矿石的测定中发挥了巨大的作用,但X射线在实际使用往往被发现其检测结果不能令人完全满意。然而这并不是其设备的原理所引发的,通常是由于操作者没能做到特别严谨、深入的了解其检测原理所致,本文从其原理着手,重点探讨了X射线荧光光谱法如何快速测定铜矿石中的造岩元素的应用问题。 There are many kinds of copper ores,their occurrence states are different,and their compositions are quite complex.In most methods of X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy(XRF)analysisof copper ores,the number of selected reference materials and the types of ores are small,the analysis range is large,and the quality of prepared standard sample wafers is not high.The emergence of a new generation of X-ray fluorescence spectrometer with its convenience,rapidity and multi-element multi-channel can quickly and effectively detect various substances in copper ores,which plays a huge role in the determination of copper ores,but X-ray detection results are often found to be unsatisfactory in practical use.However,this is not caused by the principle of its equipment.Usually,the operator fails to have a particularly rigorous and in-depth understanding of its detection principle.Starting from its principle,this paper focuses on the application of X-ray fluorescence spectrometry in the rapid determination of rock-forming elements in copper ores.
