摘要
脉冲热成像技术因其在非导电材料缺陷检测方面的优势而成为无损检测的热点。文中介绍了实验中使用的脉冲红外热成像无损检测系统的组成,利用黑体辐射理论和热传导理论研究了反射系统的探测机理。研究了闪光灯与平板之间的强度分布和距离,并且通过黑体校准,实现了相机像素值与闪光灯光强之间关系的定量分析。
Pulsed thermography has become a hot spot in non-destructive testing for its advantages in defect detection of conductive materials.The composition of the pulsed infrared thermal imaging NDT system used in the experiment is introduced in the paper.The detection mechanism of the reflection system is studied by the theory of black body radiation and heat conduction theory.The intensity distribution and the distance between the flash and the flat panel are studied.And through the blackbody calibration,quantitative analysis of the relationship between the camera pixel value and flash intensity is realized.
