基于质量BOM的军工产品质量信息跟踪与追溯方法的应用研究

针对我国军工产品科研、生产、服务和管理特点,分析军工产品质量跟踪和追溯的制约因素,开展了对军工产品全生命周期过程质量的跟踪与追溯方法的探索和研究。首先介绍了建立和维护统一的军工产品质量信息标准规范体系,以及产品质量BOM的创建方法和管理原则。然后,着重综述了军工产品质量跟踪与追溯的方法和关键点。最后,通过软件系统的应用开发和验证,证明能有效提高军工产品质量的跟踪与追溯能力和效率。

In view of the characteristics of scientific research, production, service and management of military products in China, the restrictive factors of tracing and tracing the quality of military products are analyzed, and the methods of tracing and tracing the quality of the whole life cycle process of military products are explored and studied. Firstly, this paper introduces the establishment and maintenance of a unified standard system for military product quality information, and the creation methods and management principles of product quality BOM.Secondly, it emphatically summarizes the methods and key points of tracing and tracing military product quality.Finally, through the application development and verification of software system, it proves that the tracing and tracing ability and efficiency of military product quality can be effectively improved.
