航空发动机升力风扇驱动系统设计与仿真研究

摘要 针对某航空发动机升力风扇驱动系统高精度要求、快速响应等难点,提出一种升力风扇驱动系统详细设计方案。分析了升力风扇驱动系统的组成与工作原理,在Matlab/Simulink平台建立航空发动机升力风扇驱动系统仿真模型,并详细分析了驱动系统的动态特性与稳态性能,最后进行了系统的故障分析与改进措施。仿真结果表明,系统动态响应的带宽频率约为6.7Hz,全行程运动时间约为0.45s,响应快速准确,设计方案原理可行,对国内升力作动系统的工程实用具有一定的参考价值。 Aiming at the difficulty of high-precision and fast response demand of the areo-engine lift fan driving system,a detailed design scheme of lift fan drive system was proposed.The composition and working principle of the system were analyzed,and the simulation model of the driving system of aero-engine was established on the Matlab/Simulink platform.The dynamic characteristics and the steady-state performance of the driving system were analyzed.Finally,the system faults and improvement measures were also analyzed.The simulation results show that the response bandwidth of this system is about 6.7Hz,and the total travel time is about 0.45s,the system has a quick and accurate response,and the design principle is feasible.It has certain reference value for the engineering application of lift drive system at home and abroad.
