复合材料主承力构件后压力框制造技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 先进复合材料的使用量已经成为衡量飞机结构先进性的重要标志,并且是提高飞机性能和市场竞争力的重要手段。国产民用大飞机复合材料后压力框零件作为后机身部段重要的工艺分离面,零件采用泡沫填充的Ω形加强筋与已固化蒙皮共胶结的全新材料和结构一体化成形。零件制造精度要求高、制造难度大,无论是设计还是制造均属国内首次。该项目研制具有一定的挑战性,研究以零件制造为牵引,详细介绍了零件结构选型、制造工艺流程、制造技术方案、数字化柔性加持铣切技术、检测技术以及适航审定等内容。期望通过对后压力框零件制造全过程中产生的问题与解决措施的详细描述,对民用飞机复合材料零件,特别是大型主承力构件的制造与适航审定等方面提供参考。 The usage of advanced composite material has become an important symbol of aircraft structural advancement,and also an important means to improve aircraft performance and market competitiveness.The composite rear pressure bulkhead for the domestic civil aircraft was used as the important technological separation surface of the rear fuselage section,the part was designed by new material and structure,comprising the cured composite skin andΩ-shaped stringer with foam core filled in the stiffened area intended to be co-bonded with it.It was the first time in China that part was manufactured with high precision and difficulty.The development of this project was challenging,this study has taken part manufacture as traction,introduced in detail the part structure selection,manufacturing process,manufacturing technology scheme,digital flexible holding milling technology,detection technology and airworthiness verification.It was expected that the detailed description of the problems and solutions in the whole manufacturing process of composite rear pressure bulkhead would provide reference for the manufacture and airworthiness verification of civil aircraft composite part,especially large composite primary-loadcarrying structure.
