摘要
针对三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的冲击韧性较差、含有游离甲醛等缺陷,我们在合成阶段使用三元乙丙橡胶、三聚氰胺以及甲醛等原料合成三元乙丙橡胶增韧三聚氰胺甲醛合金。对其冲击、弯曲等性能进行表征,并对产物的成份进行分析。结果表明,产物中的确含有三元乙丙橡胶,且随着其含量增加,合金的韧性提升极大,且游离甲醛含量逐渐降低。因没有官能团和三聚氰胺、甲醛等原料反应,所以EPDM在合金改性中主要起到物理增韧的作用。
To solve the two defects of inferior impact toughness,and containing free formaldehyde for melamine polyformaldehyde(MF)resin,ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM)rubber,melamine,as well as formaldehyde were used to synthesis toughened melamine polyformaldehyde alloy.The impact strength and flexural strength of four products were characterized,and the compositions were analyzed,also.The results showed that:all products contain EPDM rubber,and with the increasing content of which,the impact strength rised sharply,meanwhile,the free formaldehyde content decreased gradually.Due to no chemical reaction of functional groups with raw materials of melamine and formaldehyde,physical toughening is the main effect in alloy modification.
