摘要
对国外某高效飞机脱漆剂的组成进行了分析,经过红外光谱、GC-MS等分析,该脱漆剂的主要成分为:56.5%二氯甲烷,22.8%水,12.3%苯酚,少量石蜡等。根据分析出的主要成分,添加少量增稠剂、表面活性剂等配制脱漆剂,配制出了一种较好的脱漆剂,该脱漆剂外观均匀,能脱除环氧漆、聚氨酯漆等,性能优越。
The composition of a foreign high efficient aircraft paint stripper was analyzed in this paper,and the results showed that the paint stripper s main components were 56.5%of dichloromethane,22.8%of water,12.3%of phenol and a small amount of paraffin wax by using the infrared spectrum and GC-MS methods.According to the result of the analysis,adding a small amount of surfactants,thickeners to prepare the paint stripper,a better paint stripper has been prepared.The paint stripper has a uniform appearance and superior performance,that can remove epoxy paint and polyurethane paint.
