摘要
ISO19983∶2017《橡胶试验方法精密度的确定》为目前国际上用于确定橡胶和橡胶制品试验方法标准精密度的最新标准,替代ISO/TR9272∶2005。通过铂金板法测定丁腈胶乳(NBRL)表面张力的精密度试验,对如何根据ISO19983∶2017安排精密度试验及确定精密度进行了介绍。在安排精密度试验时,首先确定了精密度类型和试验方案;其次制备出了均匀的目标材料;最后确定了精密度的计算方法。在判定离群值时,采用曼德尔h和k统计法,确定试验结果没有离群值,所有数据均可以用于精密度的计算。最后采用ISO19983∶2017中规定的方法A计算出了一天内的重复性、不同天重复性和再现性。
The latest standard for determining the precision of test methods for rubber and rubber products is ISO 19983∶2017“Rubber-Determination of precision of test methods”,replacing ISO/TR 9272∶2005.How to arrange precision test and determine precision according to ISO 19983∶2017 was introduced taking the precision test of the plate method for measuring surface tension of butadiene-acrylonitrile latex(NBRL)as an example.In order to arrange precision test,the precision type and test procedure were determined firstly;secondly,the homogeneous target materials were prepared;finally,the calculation method of precision was determined.Mandel s h and k statistics are used to determine outliers and there was no outlier in the results.All the data can be used for precision calculation.Finally,method A of ISO 19983∶2017 was used to calculate the repeatability in repeatability,day-to-day repeatability and reproducibility.
