摘要
废旧轮胎经加工处理后可形成再生应用于道路建设行业中的胶粉材料,以橡胶粉为研究对象,以温拌技术为基础,选取了AC-13和SUP-20两种不同级配,研制了掺不同胶粉数量的温拌橡胶沥青混合料,通过混合料高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、抗水损害性、抗疲劳性的综合性能对比分析,探究了温拌橡胶沥青混合料路用性能的影响规律。研究表明:胶粉掺量在25%时混合料的路用性能达到较好状态。最后从工程应用角度对温拌橡胶沥青混合料的施工工艺进行总结,研究对于温拌橡胶沥青混合料技术的推广应用具有重要意义。
The waste tire can be processed to form rubber powder material which can be recycled and applied in road construction industry.In this paper,two different gradations of AC-13 and SUP-20 were selected based on warm mixing technology.Warm mix rubber asphalt mixture with different amount of rubber powder was developed.Through the comparative analysis of the comprehensive performance of high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance,water damage resistance and fatigue resistance of the mixture,the influence law of the pavement performance of warm mix rubber asphalt mixture was explored.The results showed that the road performance of the mixture reached a good state when the rubber powder content was 25%.Finally,the construction technology of warm-mix rubber asphalt mixture was summarized from the perspective of engineering application,and the research is of great significance to the popularization and application of warm-mix rubber asphalt mixture technology.
