摘要
开发了一种(4-(嘧啶-2-基)哌嗪基)(2-苯基喹唑啉)甲酮新的合成工艺,以苯甲酰氯、苯胺等为起始原料,经酰胺化、取代、杂化成环、水解、缩合等反应制备得到(4-(嘧啶-2-基)哌嗪基)(2-苯基喹唑啉)甲酮,并对其结构用1HNMR和MS进行了表征。该工艺操作简便、环保、安全,所用原料均廉价易得,制备成本低,适合规模化生产。
A new synthesis process was developed,(2-phenylquinazolin-4-yl)(4-(pyrimidin-2-yl)piperazin-1-yl)methanone was synthesized by amidation,substitution,hybridization,cyclization,hydrolysis,condensation reaction and so on,using benzoyl chloride and aniline as the starting materials.The structure of the title compound was characterized by 1 H NMR and MS.The process is environmentally friendly,safe,easy to operate,and also with low cost,and is suitable for scale production.
