摘要 针对目前塑料连续热裂解装置存在的一些问题,提出了一种电磁感应加热式三段废旧塑料热裂解装置,这种结构的热裂解装置具有生产率高、塑料受热均匀、对零件材料高温下的强度要求降低等优点,而且与传统热裂解相比,三段式电磁感应加热裂解装置可以准确调节裂解温度,有效控制裂解产物的成分,提高裂解产物的质量。电磁感应加热裂解设备具有广阔的应用前景。为高效的连续热裂解装置的设计提供参考。 In view of some problems existing in current plastic continuous thermal cracking equipment,this paper proposes an electromagnetic induction heating three-stage waste plastic thermal cracking device.The thermal cracking device of this structure has high productivity,uniform heating of plastics,and lower strength requirement for parts and materials under high temperature.And compared with the conventional thermal cracking,the three-stage electromagnetic induction heating cracking device can accurately adjust the cracking temperature,effectively control the composition of the cracked product,and improve the quality of the cracked product.Electromagnetic induction heating cracking equipment has broad application prospects.Provide a reference for the design of efficient continuous thermal crackers.
