过去,石油化工行业及其它化工行业发生了与机械完整性相关的灾难性事故,而且目前仍然发生着令人瞩目的、涉及机械完整性的事故。据不完全统计,安全事故导致的近一半的损失与机械完整性失效有关。本文就机械完整性管理环节的相关要求进行重点论述。

In the past,catastrophic accidents related to mechanical integrity occurred in the petrochemical industry and other chemical industries,and at the present time,there are still high-profile accidents involving mechanical integrity.According to incomplete statistics,nearly half of the losses caused by security incidents are related to mechanical integrity failures.This paper focuses on the relevant requirements of the mechanical integrity management process.
