摘要
本文建立了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法定量检测皮革样品中重金属锑含量的分析方法,随机选取了9个样品进行实验。结果表明,铬对皮革样品在206.83nm波长下测得的锑含量有显著光谱干扰;在FACT校正下,在206.83nm波长下测得的锑含量急剧下降,样品加标回收率大于85%。这说明FACT技术可以有效消除铬对皮革样品在206.83nm波长下测得的锑含量的光谱干扰。
An effective method for determination of the content of antimony in leather samples quantitatively by ICP-OES was developed in this paper.Nine samples randomly selected were tested.The result showed that chromium had significant spectral interference with the content of antimony in leather samples at the wavelength of 206.83 nm.Under FACT correction,the content of antimony fell sharply,and recoveries rate of standard addition of samples were above 85%.It is proved that the FACT technique can effectively eliminate the spectral interference of chromium on antimony in leather samples.
