长三角地区体育产业发展态势、经验与建议

The Development Trend,Experience and Development Proposals of the Sports Industry in the Yangtze River Delta

从区域体育产业发展角度出发,就长三角地区体育产业发展态势、经验以及未来发展建议进行了梳理和总结。研究认为,近年来长三角地区体育产业在产业规模、产业质量和产业基础3方面取得一定成就;在体育赛事举办、体育特色小镇建设、体育产业基地打造、体育市场主体培育、金融支持创新、产业要素融合、产业转型升级和区域体育产业一体化等领域形成宝贵经验;并提出未来长三角地区体育产业高质量发展应当在产业规划顶层设计、重大体育赛事举办、体育资源市场化配置、体育产业新兴业态培育、体育产业资源共享、财税政策配套完善和产学研合作机制建立等领域进行深度探索。

This paper sorts out and summarizes the development trend,experience and development proposals of the sports industry in the Yangtze River Delta from the perspective of regional sports industry development.It is believed that in recent years,the sports industry in the Yangtze River Delta has made achievements in terms of industrial scale,quality and base;and accumulated valuable experience in hosting sports events,construction of sports characteristic town,establishment of sports industry base,cultivation of sports market subject,financial support for innovation,integration of industrial elements,industrial transformation and upgrading,and regional sports industry integration.It is proposed that the high-quality development of the sports industry in the Yangtze River Delta region in the future should be conducted in-depth exploration on some fields such as the top-level design of industrial planning,holding of major sports events,marketization of sports resources,cultivation of emerging industries,sharing of sports resources,improvement of fiscal and taxation policies and establishment of cooperation mechanism between industry,universities and research institutes.
