民办高校文化建设存在的问题与对策

文化建设对民办高校可持续发展有着重要影响。分析民办高校文化建设的内涵,及其对民办高校可持续发展的作用;并从理念、主体、载体以及表现形式等方面分析民办高校文化建设中存在的问题。从树立文化建设理念、优化文化建设主体、完善环境设施和制度建设、创新文化活动方式等方面提出了民办高校文化可持续性建设的对策建议。

Culture construction has an important influence on the sustainable development of private colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the connotation of cultural construction in private colleges,and the role of college culture construction in the sustainable development of private colleges.It also analyzes the problems existing in cultural construction from the aspects of cultural ideas,subjects,carriers and expressions of private universities.From the aspects of establishing the concept of culture construction,optimizing the main body of culture construction,perfecting the environment facilities and system construction,and innovating the cultural activities,the countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of cultural sustainability in private universities are put forward.
