摘要
医用高值耗材管理是现代化医院管理的重要组成部分,其管理水平会直接影响医疗安全和质量。北京协和医院借助信息化手段,搭建高值耗材管理的HRP系统架构,重新梳理管理节点,探索高值耗材专购包管理模式,取得一定成效。介绍了北京协和医院医用高值耗材专购包管理模式范畴、业务流程和HRP系统相应模块构建框架,分析了各环节质量控制的关键点和阶段性成效。
The management of high-value medical consumables is an important part of modern hospital management,and its management level will directly affect medical safety and quality.With the help of information technology,Peking Union Medical College Hospital has built a HRP system framework for high-value consumables management,reorganized the management nodes,and explored the management mode of high-value consumables purchasing package,and achieved certain results.This paper introduces the scope of management mode,business process and the corresponding module construction framework of HRP system in Peking Union Medical College Hospital,and analyses the key points and phased results of quality control in each link.
