磨矿机微托装置(也称慢速传动装置)是磨矿机的关键部件,随着近年磨矿机规格型号的大型化,微托装置的作用更加突出和明显。该装置主要在安装调整阶段及设备维护维修和备件更换时使用。由于磨矿机的大型化,原有的盘车方式在效率和安全性上完全不能满足生产实际的需要。综合考虑使用环境、安全操作及经济成本等因素,微托装置在设计上也存在诸多方案,以室外使用的工作环境为题,对微托装置的安全性进行升级改进。
