经尿道前列腺等离子剜除术治疗前列腺良性增生症效果观察被引量：1

摘要目的比较经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)与经尿道前列腺等离子剜除术(PKEP)治疗良性前列腺增生症(BPH)的效果。方法选取2015-12—2018-12间本院收治的92例BPH患者,根据不同术式分为2组,各46例。对照组给予TURP,观察组给予PKEP。结果观察组尿管留置、膀胱冲洗及住院时间均较对照组短;尿道损伤、暂时性尿失禁、继发性出血等并发症发生率低于对照组。差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论TURP和PKEP治疗BPH均可获满意效果,但PKEP术后恢复快、并发症发生率低,优势更加明显。
