含油污泥修复菌系的筛选及菌剂使用情况研究 被引量:5

摘要 文章从含油土壤中分离出7株具有石油烃降解效果的菌种,对其中的3株优势菌种S3,S4和S6进行16S rRNA序列鉴定,这3株菌种分别为产碱杆菌、短波单胞菌和寡养单胞菌。对菌剂添加前后的含油污泥RS1和RS2中的微生物多样性进行分析,结果显示,RS1中丰度最大的为变形菌门,约为75.5%,RS2中丰度最大的为厚壁菌门,约为33.1%,RS2中其它菌门的丰度都有较大变化。经过60 d的处理,含油污泥b和c的最大降解率分别为64.5%和52.5%;为了达到最佳的降解效果,膨松剂的添加量以5%为宜,菌剂的添加量需要根据污泥的含油量和降解时间等因素来确定;利用菌剂大规模处理含油污泥是可行的。 Seven strains which had the degradation ability of petroleum hydrocarbon were isolated from the oily soil,three dominant species of S3,S4 and S6 were identified as Alcaligenes,Brevundimonas and Stenotrophomonas through 16 S rRNA sequence similarity search.The microbial diversity of oil-bearing soil RS1 and RS2 was analyzed before and after the addition of bacterium agent.Results show that the maximum abundance in RS1 was Proteobacteria,accounting for about 75.5%,meanwhile in RS2 was Firmicutes,accounting for about 33.1%,there had obvious changes of other bacteria abundance in RS2.After the treatment of 60 d,the maximum degradation rate of oily sludge b and c was 64.5%and 52.5%,respectively.In order to achieve the best degradation effect,the addition amount of leavening agent should be 5%.The addition amount of bacteria agent should be determined according to the oil content of sludge and degradation time and other factors.The experimental results show that it is feasible to treat oily sludge with bacteria on a large scale.
