摘要 目的探究语言发育迟缓检查法(S-S检测法)与格赛尔婴幼儿发展量表(Gesell)检测结果在儿童语言发育评估中的一致性。方法选择2017年1月~2019年1月我院儿童保健科就诊的122例儿童,分别使用S-S检测法及Gesell量表对入组患儿进行评测,分析两种方法的一致性,并分析不同年龄患儿言语发育障碍特点。结果S-S检测法与Gesell量表评估整体一致性检验Kappa值为0.862(P<0.05),灵敏度为73.65%,特异性为85.35%;将入组儿童按照年龄进行分组对比发现,2岁以下儿童以表达异常为主,2岁以上以理解异常为主。结论S-S检测法可作为儿童语言发育评估的筛查工具,不同年龄儿童语言障碍类型不同,应注意区分类型进行有针对性的干预。 Objective To explore the consistency of S-S test and Gesell Infant Development Scale in language development assessment in children’s health checkup process.Methods 122 children in the psychological clinic of the Children’s Health Department in our hospital were selected from January 2017 to January 2019.The S-S scale and the Gesell Infant Development Scale(Gesell)were used to evaluate the children.The results of the S-S scale test were analyzed,and then the consistency between the S-S test method and the Gesell scale test was explored,the characteristics of language disorder in different ages were analyzed.Results The overall consistency test Kappa value between S-S scale assessment and the Gesell scale assessment was 0.862(P<0.05),the sensitivity was 73.65%,and the specificity was 85.35%.Comparing children in different age groups,it can be found that the S-S scale of children under 2 years old is mainly abnormal in expression,and the older children has the abnormality in understanding.Conclusion The S-S scale can be used as a screening tool for language development assessment in children’s health examinations.Children of different ages have different types of language barriers and must be distinguished.
