摘要
针对南疆油区钻井工艺过程及磺化泥浆的特点,本文主要介绍了现阶段南疆油区的泥浆不落地应用情况及2种主流工艺的分析与对比。离心工艺在运行成本,设备能耗,容错率等方面占有优势,而压滤工艺则在废弃物固液分离效果,现场废弃物储存和拉运方面占有优势。
According to the characteristics of drilling technology and sulfonated mud in southern Xinjiang,this paper mainly introduces the application of the mud in the south Xinjiang oil region at the present stage and the analysis and comparison of the two mainstream processes. Centrifugal process has advantages in operation cost,equipment energy consumption and fault tolerance rate,while the pressure filtration process has advantages in solid-liquid separation,on-site waste storage and transportation.
