高升油田经历30多年持续开发,目前各主力油藏均已进入开发中后期,开发效果变差。为提高开发效果,在热采稠油主力块实施火驱开发、在热采稠油低速块实施"先压裂改造、后高压注汽"治理,在雷家莲花薄互层状油藏实施分层开发、在雷64厚层块状油藏实施立体开发,通过不断开发调整,开发效果逐步改善,为老油田开发调整提供了借鉴。
