浅析苏里格气田水平井钻井技术

Analysis of Horizontal Well Drilling Technology in Sulige Gas Field

苏里格气田是我国目前最大的整装性气田,随着我国天然气占比逐渐增加,人们对天然气的需求量也不断增加,常规直井已经不能满足产能需求,水平井钻井技术的引入使得天然气开发勘探进入一个全新的高产时代。本文通过对水平井钻井技术的工艺原理简介,结合苏里格气田的地质构造条件,分析水平井钻井的适用性。并且针对水平井钻井过程中难度较大长水平段控制难度进行探讨,从而为水平井钻井开发提供重要的技术支持。

At present,Sulige gas field is the largest integrated gas field in my life. With the increasing proportion of natural gas in our country,The demand for natural gas is also increasing. Conventional vertical wells can no longer meet the demand for productivity.The introduction of horizontal well drilling technology has brought natural gas exploration into a new era of high production. This paper introduces the technological principle of horizontal well drilling technology.Combining with the geological structure conditions of Sulige gas field,the applicability of horizontal well drilling is analyzed.In addition,the difficulty of controlling long horizontal section in horizontal well drilling is discussed. It provides important technical support for drilling and development of horizontal wells.
