白介素17家族与动脉粥样硬化的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 动脉粥样硬化作为一种主要累及大动脉(如主动脉、颈动脉)和中动脉(如冠状动脉、脑动脉)内膜的最重要最常见的动脉硬化,与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)、脑血管疾病及主动脉瘤/夹层等疾病发生发展密切相关,现已得到众多研究学者关注。基础研究表明,包括内皮损伤、脂质浸润、巨噬细胞激活及炎症反应等在内的多种病理机制均参与了动脉粥样硬化的发病过程[1-3]。目前发现白介素( interleukin, IL)-17 家族包括以下六个成员, IL-17 A/IL-17, IL-17B, IL-17C, IL-17D, IL-17E/IL-25 和IL-17F,其成员的氨基酸组成与IL-17 A 具有一定的相似性,约16%~ 50%。IL-17B、IL-17C 和IL-25 的N 末端序列与IL-17 A 和IL-17F 的相比,延伸较后者明显长。该家族的受体包括IL-17 受体A( receptor A,RA)~ IL-17RE,细胞因子异二聚体之间的信号传导途径不同,并且根据所结合的细胞因子类型具有不同的亲和力[4]。
