基于知识产权大数据的创新成果管理体系设计

Research on Innovative Achievement Management System Based on Big Data of Intellectual Property

分析现有知识产权保护和创新成果管理体系存在的弊端,利用大数据思维及方法,研究构建基于知识产权大数据的创新成果管理模式,以便提升知识产权的质量及创新成果的保护成效、转化和评估效率,从而更有效地促进创新。首先,设计知识产权大数据的采集和存储模型;其次,研究知识产权大数据的处理和分析问题;再次,建立基于知识产权大数据的创新成果管理体系;最后,研究该体系下知识产权的数据运用和数据服务。

This paper analyses the drawbacks of existing intellectual property protection and innovative results management system,studies and constructs innovative results management model based on big data of intellectual property,so as to effectively improve the quality of intellectual property and the protection,transformation and utility evaluation of innovative results.Firstly,the model of collecting and storing large data of intellectual property rights is designed;secondly,the problem of processing and analyzing large data of intellectual property rights is studied;thirdly,the innovative achievement management system based on large data of intellectual property rights is established;fi nally,the data application and data service of intellectual property rights under this system are studied.
