浅谈创新驱动发展背景下知识产权信息及知识产权信息服务

On Intellectual Property Information and Intellectual Property Information Services Under the Background of Innovation-Driven Development

中国的经济发展正处在由投资和出口转向消费和服务转型的关键时期。当前国内外环境的显著变化,使中国认识到创新对于国家可持续发展的作用,并积极实施知识产权强国战略和创新驱动发展战略。而源自知识产权制度,蕴含于知识产权文献和一系列知识产权活动中的知识产权信息,是服务创新的重要工具之一。本文通过对当前中国的创新环境变化的论述,对知识产权制度和知识产权信息的理论研究,讨论了知识产权信息服务创新的必要性,并提出了体系化的知识产权信息服务能够全面而有力地支持创新主体开展创新活动。

China's economic development is in a critical period of transition from investment and exports to consumption and services.The significant changes in the current domestic and international environment have made China recognize the role of innovation in national sustainable development and actively implement the intellectual property strategy and strategy of innovation-driven development.The intellectual property information derived from the intellectual property system,contained in the intellectual property literature and a series of intellectual property activities,is one of the important tools for service innovation.This article discusses the necessity of intellectual property information service through the discussion of the innovation environment changes in China,the theoretical study of intellectual property systems and intellectual property information,and puts forward that the systematic intellectual property information service can support the innovation subject to carry out innovation activities comprehensively and effectively.
