本文从知识产权管理要求及重要性出发,梳理研究新形势下企业知识产权管理与企业创新发展的相互关系。并针对当前经济转型与企业创新发展中知识产权管理现状进行问题剖析,探讨提出知识产权为企业创新发展发挥支撑作用的相关管理策略与建议,充分发挥知识产权支撑企业创新发展中战略引领和保驾护航作用。

This paper researches on the relationship between enterprise intellectual property management and enterprise innovation development under the new situation,based on the content and importance of intellectual property management.According to the analysis of the problem in enterprise intellectual property management in innovation development and the situation of economic transformation,the intellectual property management strategies in enterprise are suggested,which are used to support enterprise development by exploiting the guiding and escorting function of the intellectual property strategy.
