随着民营经济的快速发展,民营企业已成为我国经济发展的主力军,对增强我国经济实力起着重要作用。然而由于历史、文化、法制等客观条件的限制,同时也由于民营企业自身的因素,我国民营企业管理体制较为落后,论文意在探讨如何运用现代企业管理的方法和手段来帮助民营企业进行有效的企业管理和经营决策,保证企业的可持续发展。

With the rapid development of private economy, private enterprises have become the main force of economic development in China, and played an important role in strengthening the economic strength of our country. However, due to the limitations of history, culture, legal system and other objective conditions, and the factors of private enterprises themselves, the management system of private enterprises in our country is generally backward. This paper aims to explore how to use the methods and means of modern enterprise management to make effective enterprise management and management decisions for private enterprises, so as to ensure the sustainable development of private enterprises.
