电厂是我国基础设施建设工程中比较大型的项目,在相应的建设、运行、维护等过程中都必须要进行大量物资的采购才能够维持正常的工作。在这样的发展背景下,为了使得大宗物资采购管理工作具有一定的合理性,而且相应的金额花费和资源使用都具有条理,必须要对物资的采购和管理工作加以强化和控制,为相应的采购管理工作提供一定的依据。因此,论文针对电厂建设项目大宗物资采购管理及控制策略展开论述。

Power plant is a relatively large project in China's infrastructure construction projects. In the corresponding construction, operation, maintenance and other processes, a large number of materials must be purchased to maintain normal work. Under such development background, in order to make the procurement management of bulk materials have certain rationality, and the corresponding amount of expenditure and use of resources are orderly, it is necessary to strengthen and control the procurement and management of materials, so as to provide certain basis for the corresponding procurement management. Therefore, this paper discusses the management and control strategies of bulk material purchase in power plant construction projects.
