摘要
我国自改革开放以来,综合国力得到了明显的提升,社会各方面的发展都呈现出一派生机勃勃的态势。但是在一些煤矿企业的运营管理过程中,由于人才管理方面还存在着不同程度的问题,造成了企业信誉受损、管理不善等问题。论文分析了我国煤矿企业人力资源管理现状和存在的问题,结合煤炭企业实际情况,提出了煤矿企业人事管理向人力资源管理的转变策略。
Since the reform and opening up, China's comprehensive national strength has been significantly improved, and the development of all aspects of society has shown a vibrant trend. However, in the operation and management process of some coal mine enterprises, there are still problems in talent management to varying degrees, resulting in the damage of corporate reputation, poor management and other problems. This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of human resource management in coal mine enterprises in China, and puts forward the strategy of transformation from personnel management to human resource management combined with the actual situation of coal mine enterprises.
