人力资源是企业最重要的资源,是提升企业管理水平和竞争力的重要内容。对于开发区平台企业来说,制定正确的人力资源管理策略,将人力资源变成企业的战略资源具有十分重要的意义。论文分析了开发区平台企业加强人力资源管理的做法,以及开发区平台企业人力资源管理的影响因素,并提出了一些针对性的措施,具有一定的参考价值。

Human resource is the most important resource of an enterprise, which is an important content to improve its management level and competitiveness. For development zone platform enterprises, it is of great significance to formulate correct human resource management strategies and turn human resources into strategic resources of enterprises. This paper analyzes the practice of strengthening human resource management of development zone platform enterprises, as well as the influencing factors of human resource management of development zone platform enterprises, and puts forward some targeted measures, which have certain reference value.
