摘要
论文以中国石油勘探开发研究院西北分院公文处理实际做法为例,探讨了提升企业办公室公文处理工作效率的方法,以“建章立制,明确规范”为保障,以“规范操作,夯实基础”为抓手,以“信息化应用,提升效率”为重点,持续提升公文处理人员专业素质,为提高企业办公室公文处理工作水平提供了参考。
Taking the official document processing practice of the Northwest Branch of Research Institute of Petroleum Exploration & Development as an example, this paper discusses the method of promoting the efficiency of office document processing in enterprises. With the guarantee of "establishing rules and regulations, clarifying norms", the emphasis of "standardizing operation, laying a solid foundation" and the emphasis of "informatization application, improving efficiency", the professional quality of document processing personnel is continuously improved, which provides a reference for improving the level of document processing in enterprise offices.
