目前我国高职院校酒店管理教学活动与实际人才需求方向以及需求质量存在较大差别,影响酒店院校教学管理效果。作为酒店从业人员才的重要培养基地,高职酒店管理教学质量直接关系着酒店管理人才的水平,因此,必须要加强对高职院校酒店管理教学的认识与反思。

At present, there are great differences between the teaching activity of hotel management specialty in higher vocational colleges and the actual demand direction and quality of talents in China, which has affected the teaching effect of hotel management specialty in colleges and universities. As an important training base for hotel employees, the teaching quality of hotel management specialty in higher vocational colleges is directly related to the level of hotel management personnel. Therefore, we must strengthen the understanding and reflection of hotel management teaching in higher vocational colleges.
