摘要
烟草零售商是烟草专卖局与消费者间的重要纽带,担当着推广烟草品牌和引导消费者的重任,在烟草市场中占据核心地位。论文运用因子分析得到,电子结算、订货系统、配送服务和货源供应等方面的满意度较低,存在很大问题。最后提出优化策略加以改进。
As an important link between tobacco monopoly administration and consumers, tobacco retailers play an important role in promoting tobacco brands and guiding consumers, and occupy a core position in the tobacco market. The paper uses factor analysis to find that the satisfaction of electronic settlement, ordering system, distribution service and supply of goods is low, there are great problems. Finally, the optimization strategy is put forward to improve this problem.
