在我国社会经济持续发展的过程中,各行各业也实现了进一步发展,与此同时,国有企业的发展规模与行业实力也在不断提高。从长远发展的角度来说,国有企业要想实现可持续发展,就应该做到企业文化与思想政治工作的有机结合,从而营造更加和谐的发展环境。基于此,论文首先将阐述企业文化与国企思想政治工作的关系,然后提出企业文化与国企思想政治工作有机结合的策略。

In the continuous development of China's society and economy , all walks of life have also achieved further development. At the same time, the development scale and industrial strength of state-owned enterprises are constantly improving. From the perspective of the long-term development, if state-owned enterprises want to achieve sustainable development, they should achieve the organic combination of enterprise culture and ideological and political work, so as to create a more harmonious development environment. Based on this, this paper will firstly describe the relationship between enterprise culture and ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises, and then put forward the strategy for the organic combination of enterprise culture and ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises.
