摘要
论文研究了铝电解电容的内部结构与老化失效机理,分析环境温度与纹波电流对其使用寿命的影响,分析基于阿氏(Arrhenius)模型的寿命预测模型,依据电容工作情况评估其剩余使用寿命,有助于延长铝电解电容的使用寿命及寿期管理。
The paper studies the internal structure and aging failure mechanism of aluminum electrolytic capacitor, and analyzes the influence of the ambient temperature and ripple current on its service life respectively. Based on the life prediction model of Arrhenius module, the residual service life of capacitors can be evaluated according to the working conditions of capacitors, which is helpful to prolong the service life and life management of aluminium electrolytic capacitors.
