摘要
通过对安徽省2004—2016年科技创新与生态城镇化发展的灰色关联度进行分析,发现R&D经费占GDP的比重、R&D人员全时当量、发明专利授权数和技术市场成交额等与生态城镇化存在正向相关关系。据此,提出安徽省促进生态城镇化良序发展的几点建议:加大生态城镇科技创新R&D经费投入力度,培养生态城镇科技创新人才,优化技术市场环境等。
The result of the analysis of the grey correlation between the scientific and technological innovation and the development of ecological urbanization in Anhui Province from 2004 to 2016 reveals that the proportion of R&D funds to GDP,R&D personnel full-time equivalent,the number of authorized invention patents and the turnover of the technological market are positively related to ecological urbanization.Based on this,some suggestions are put forward to promote the orderly development of eco-urbanization in Anhui Province:to increase R&D funding for scientific and technological innovation in ecological cities and towns,to cultivate scientific and technological innovation talents in ecological cities and towns,and to optimize the environment of the technological market.
