Achievements,Problems and Prospects of the Standardization Construction of China’s Academic Publishing in the 40 Years of Reform and Opening-up

改革开放40年以来,中国学术出版标准化建设在标准化法律法规体系、管理运行机制、技术标准体系以及标准化意识等方面都取得了巨大的成就,但仍存在标准体系不够健全和标准执行情况欠佳等问题。新时代,为了中国学术出版标准化建设能取得突破性进展,标准体系应更加完善,标准获取渠道应更加畅通,标准监管应更加科学,标准化教育应更加强劲。

In the past 40 years of reform and opening-up,great achievements have been made in the standardization construction of academic publishing in China in terms of standardization laws and regulations system,management and operation mechanism,technical standards system and standardization awareness,but there are still such problems as the inadequate standardization system and the poor implementation of the standards.In the new era,in order to make breakthroughs in the standardization construction of academic publishing in China,the system of standards are expected to be more perfect,the acquisition channel of standards more smooth,the supervision of standards more scientific,and the standardization education more effective.
