变应性鼻炎患者生活质量及心理研究进展

Research progress in quality of life and sychology in patients with allergic rhinitis

变应性鼻炎是耳鼻咽喉头颈外科常见疾病,也是影响人类健康最常见的慢性疾病。实践证明,由于疾病病程长,症状反复发作,严重影响了患者的生活质量及心理健康。因此,为提高患者生活质量,改善患者心理状态,首先应当用正确且有针对性的评估工具评估患者生活质量和心理,并探讨影响患者生活质量及心理的各种因素。本文在广泛查阅国内外文献基础上,对变应性鼻炎患者生活质量及心理的测评工具、生活质量现状、生活质量影响因素等方面的研究现状进行综述,并提出针对性的建议,对今后临床治疗和护理工作提供指导和借鉴。

Allergic rhinitis is a common disease in otolaryngology head and neck surgery and the most common chronic disease affecting human health.Practice has proved that,due to the long course of disease,symptoms repeated attacks,seriously affected the quality of life and mental health of patients.Therefore,in order to improve the quality of life and psychological state of patients,the correct and targeted evaluation tools should be used first to evaluate the quality of life and psychology of patients,and explore various factors affecting the quality of life and psychology of patients.In this paper,based on extensive literature review at home and abroad,the quality of life and psychological assessment tools for patients with allergic rhinitis,quality of life status,quality of life influencing factors and other aspects of the research status of review,and put forward targeted recommendations for the future clinical treatment and nursing work to provide guidance and reference.
