Reflections on the Related Issues of Security and Confidentiality in the Development of Archives

档案安全是档案工作的底线,是档案事业的根基。在信息化时代下,电子档案不断涌现,档案工作的内外环境日趋复杂,档案的安全保密将面临严峻的挑战,特别是涉及国家安全的军事秘密和重要敏感信息等,更需要注意安全保密的相关防范。论文旨在对档案事业发展过程中的安全保密问题做出探讨。

Archival security is the bottom line of archival work and the foundation of archival cause. In the information age, electronic archives keep emerging, and the internal and external environment of archives work becomes increasingly complex, so the security and confidentiality of archives will face severe challenges, especially military secrets and important and sensitive information related to national security, and more attention should be paid to the relevant precautions of security and confidentiality. This paper aims to discuss the security and confidentiality problems in the development of archives.
