随着我国基础教育课程的不断完善,高校的服务型行政管理体系也逐渐发展变化。与此同时,随之出现的各种各样的问题也需要及时地解决。论文首先介绍了“高校服务型行政管理模式”的概念,初步讨论了其具体含义,针对我国高校当前行政管理方面出现的各类问题给出了实际建议。

With the continuous improvement of China's basic education curriculum, the service-oriented administrative management system of colleges and universities has gradually evolved. At the same time, the various problems that follow will also need to be resolved in a timely manner. Firstly, this paper introduces the concept of "service administration mode in colleges and universities", and discusses its specific meanings initially. It gives practical suggestions for various problems in the current administrative management of colleges and universities in China.
