高职院校文书档案管理工作的现状及对策研究

高职院校的文书档案管理工作对于高职院校的资料管理以及数据的应用具有十分关键的作用,直接关系到高校的科研教学以及管理等各项服务活动。论文主要针对当前高职院校文书档案管理工作过程中普遍存在的问题进行探究,指出了具体的解决对策,希望能够进一步加快高职院校档案管理工作,真正发挥高职院校档案管理的作用和价值。

The documents and archives management work of higher vocational colleges plays a key role in the data management and data application of higher vocational colleges, which is directly related to the scientific research, teaching, management and other service activities of colleges and universities. This paper mainly probes into the common problems in the process of documents and archives management in higher vocational colleges, points out the specific countermeasures, and hopes to further speed up the archives management work in higher vocational colleges, and truly bring into play the role and value of archives management in higher vocational colleges.
