中职院校旨在为社会培养专业技能型的人才,随着社会经济的不断发展以及就业形势的逐渐改变,传统的教育教学模式已经无法满足当前时代发展的要求以及对人才的需求。因此,中职院校必须要转变传统的教育理念,通过建设“双师型”的教师培养制度和高素质的“双师型”教师队伍,全面提升教育教学质量,在向学生传授理论知识的同时,提高学生的实践技能。论文主要针对中职院校“双师型”教师培养进行探究。

Secondary vocational colleges aim to cultivate professional and skilled talents for the society. With the continuous development of social economy and the gradual change of employment situation, the traditional education and teaching mode has been unable to meet the requirements of the current era development and the demand for talents. Therefore, secondary vocational schools must change the traditional education concept, through the construction of "double-teacher type" teacher training system and high-quality "double-teacher type" teacher team, comprehensively improve the quality of education and teaching. While imparting theoretical knowledge to students, improve students' practical skills. This paper mainly explores the "double-teacher type" training in secondary vocational schools.
