企业开展思政工作的主要目的是提高员工的工作积极性,而企业文化是企业生产发展过程中形成的共同价值观与表现形式,从某种程度上来说,这两者之间存在一定的联系。基于此,论文主要分析了供水行业思政工作与文化建设的相关内容。

The main purpose of the ideological and political work of the enterprise is to improve the work enthusiasm of the employees, and the corporate culture is the common values and expression form formed in the production and development process of the enterprises. To some extent, there is a certain connection between the two. Based on this, this paper mainly analyzes the ideological and political work and cultural construction of the water supply industry.
