摘要
烧结生产是钢铁生产的主要环节,固体燃料消耗占烧结工序总能耗的70%~80%,占烧结总成本的5%~6%,优化固体燃料结构对降低烧结能耗,降低企业运营成本具有重要意义。论文针对该问题进行了详细地研究,在兼顾烧结矿质量和成本的条件下,探讨适合烧结生产的适宜固体燃料结构。
Sintering production is the main link of steel production. Solid fuel consumption accounts for 70%~80% of the total energy consumption of sintering process and 5%~6% of the total cost of sintering. Optimizing solid fuel structure is of great significance to reduce sintering energy consumption and reduce enterprise operating costs. This paper makes a detailed study on this problem, and discusses the suitable solid fuel structure for sintering production under the condition of considering sinter quality and cost.
