摘要
目的:探索大白杜鹃Rhododendron decorum枝叶结构新颖的化学成分。方法:反复利用正相硅胶、ODS、MCI、SephadexLH-20等柱色谱以及半制备HPLC等分离手段对大白杜鹃95%的乙醇水提取物进行分离纯化,并根据其谱学数据、理化性质进行结构鉴定。结果:从大白杜鹃枝叶的95%乙醇水提取物中分离鉴定了8个化合物,包括2个木脂素和2个苯丙素类物质,3个倍半萜和1个降倍半萜,分别是(7S,8S)-3-甲氧基-3′,7-环氧-8,4′-氧代新木脂素-4,9,9′-三醇(1)、(+)-8-羟基松脂醇(2)、异阿魏酸(3)、二氢紫丁香苷(4)、山楂叶苷元B(5)、反烷-4(15)-烯-1β,11-二醇(6)、1,10-裂环-4-羟基-衣兰醇-5-烯-1,10-二酮(7)、(-)-黑麦草内酯(8)。结论:化合物1~8均为首次从大白杜鹃中分离得到。
Objective:To investigate the structurally unique chemical constituents of Rhododendron decorum. Methods:Compounds were isolated by methods of column chromatography (silica gel,ODS,Sephadex LH-20 ),their structures were confirmed on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectroscopic methods. Results:Eight known compounds,including two lignans,two phenylpropanoids and four sesquiters were isolated from 95% EtOH extracts of Rh.decorum and identified as (7 S ,8 S )-3-methoxy-3′,7-epoxy-8,4′-oxyneoligna-4,9,9′-triol ( 1 ),(+)-8-hydroxypinoresinol ( 2 ),isoferulic acid ( 3 ),dihydrosyringenin ( 4 ),shanyegenin B ( 5 ),opposit-4 (15 )-en-1 β,11-diol ( 6 ),1,10- seco -4-hydroxy-muurol-5-ene-1,10-diketone ( 7 ),(-)-loliolide ( 8 ). Conclusion:The eight known compounds were isolated from this genius for the first time.
