摘要
目的:研究贮藏条件对独活种子萌发率的影响,为独活种子贮藏提供科学依据。方法:以室温、4℃及-15℃处理的独活种子为研究对象,探讨不同贮藏时期、贮藏温度与包装方式对独活种子萌发率的影响。结果:不同包装条件下,独活种子萌发率无显著性差异;不同温度条件下,随贮藏时间的改变,独活种子萌发率差异由不显著变为显著;低温有利于延长独活种子的贮藏期限;独活种子萌发率随贮藏时间变化曲线拟合效果较好。结论:室温贮藏的独活种子萌发率随贮藏时间延长而降低,在采收后第一年的7月份降低为0;4℃与-15℃贮藏的独活种子萌发率随贮藏时间延长均呈直线下降趋势,分别在采收后第二年8月与第三年4月降低为0。
Objective:Study on the effect of germination rate of Angelica pubescens seeds with different Storage conditions,to provide scientific basis for seeds storage. Method:Study on the seeds in treatments with storage at room temperature,4 ℃ and 15 ℃,to discuss the effects of germination rate of seeds with different storage periods,storage temperature and packing methods, Result:There was no significant difference in germination rate of seeds under different packaging conditions.The difference of seed germination rate changed from insignificant to significant,under different temperature conditions,with the extension of storage time.The Storage period of seeds was extended at low temperatures.The curve fitting the effect of germination rate of seeds with storage time was better. Conclusion:The seed germination rate decreases with longer storage time at room temperature,and decreased to 0 in July of the first year after harvest.The seed germination rate decreases at uniform rate with longer storage time at 4 ℃ and-15 ℃,which decreased to 0 in July of the first year and April of the third year after harvest .
