With the development of science and technology and the continuous progress of social economy,people pay more and more attention to the construction quality of the construction industry,the construction enterprises have been increasingly concerned about the necessity of construction project management and construction quality control,and constantly optimized the management process and management plan.This paper mainly aims at the problems existing in the current construction engineering management and quality control process in China,and points out specific solutions,hoping to provide effective reference for the further development of the construction engineering industry.
