Service Upgrading of Prefecture-Level Intelligence Agencies in the Intelligence 3.0 Era

通过分析科技情报工作进入3.0时代之后地市级情报机构面临的挑战,地市级情报机构要摆脱信息判读难度增加与情报机构的情报服务可替代性增强的困境,必须进行服务升级.论文探索了地市级情报机构进行服务升级的途径,最主要的是面向政府与面向企业服务能力升级的途径.

By analyzing the challenges faced by the prefecture-level intelligence agencies after the scientific and technological intelligence work enters the 3.0 era,the prefecture-level intelligence agencies must upgrade their services to get rid of the dilemma of increasing difficulty in information interpretation and increasing substitutability of intelligence services in intelligence agencies.This paper explores the ways to upgrade the service of prefecture-level intelligence agencies,the most important of which is to upgrade the service capability of government and enterprise.
